So this is the Beetle TDI Premium. Its a top tier package that comes with some pretty cool things. But more importantly, it's the perfect combination of appearance bits. It has the the R-Line body kit, "Disc" retro wheels, and the LED trimmed headlights from the Sound/Sunroof/Nav package. All that combines to make it the perfect aestethic package.

Do they still equip any Beetles with these wheels anymore? I really liked them, personally.

Thanks! I will be possibly getting the 1.4 TSI with 140hp and 6 speed manual.

My fiancee and I saw one of these the other day! The wheels are so awesome. Love it.

Do you want those in your drawing? I really like those better

No idea. The wheels on the basic now don't look very good at all.

For the modern one I like the discs better. But for the old one, if you can find the original design that looks like that, that's the wheels I want on that one.

It's okay and I know you don't get the Scirocco there in the U.S. but Scirocco is by far the best looking VW I think.
Top picture is the new tweaked version the bottom picture is the 2008 model.
Be it the 1.4TSi 125ps 6 speed manual up to the 2.0TSi 280ps 6 speed manual or DSG you all get this beautiful curvy automobile.

You had to go and reopen this wound for me, didn't you?

I've got a Mk7 GTI =) but stopped by the dealer on Sat. to see a regular Golf for the hell of it. They had a top spec SEL in tungsten silver. Damn nice car.

I'm sorry man.
It's harder for me though as I see at least three on a regular basis (one is viper green metallic and looks the dogs bollocks) and don't own one.
This is what I want and probably won't get as I'll be sticking with my car and getting the same again and her.
It's a little easier for you, out of sight out of mind and all that.

Yes! Oh the GTI is such a cool car, Cant afford it though, so I have to "make do" with the 1.4 TSI. We don't get the 1.8 Turbo as you do, but the 140 HP 1.4, which is just what I will need.
Also, ive started to look for the LED headlights to replace the stock ones. I want original headlights, but I guess ill have to wait until they become more popular.

Be warned - the factory HID headlights with LED DRL's etc. are not cheap. In addition to the lights, you'll also need the controllers and electric motors for the auto leveling system. And to top it off, your car will need to be coded via VAGCOM/VCDS to enable the new equipment. All told, you're looking at close to $2000 US.

Wow, I didn't thought it could get that complicated. I say these in E-Bay which look MUCH less professional than the ones you showed me.
Front: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2013-2014-…
Rear: http://www.ebay.com/itm/VW-OE-LED-…
They are made in China, but I don't know if they will be a "quality" product, or just a waste of money and I am better off buying original ones, albeit more expensive.

They don't look too bad actually - a couple of guys on VW Vortex have been looking into replicas like these. The tail lights you linked to appear to be OEM at a very fair price.
But the tail lights are also a bit more complicated than just plugging them in and going. At the very least, you will need to code your car to accept them. And depending on what your car initially came with, you may need to rewire or run additional wires to get everything working properly =/
Unfortunately, we don't get the LED tails in the US, so I was extremely eager to order a set after getting my car. But once I saw how difficult it would be to swap them, I've [temporarily] given up on it haha. Just enjoying the car as is =)

Damn! I thought it was way easier! But you have the front LEDs which look amazing! Ill see what I can do about it, since in the Forums no one has tried a true swap with pictures and instructions.

Here's an ongoing thread by someone who imported OEM LED tails to give you an idea: http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthread.php…

Thanks a lot! But yeah, its too much complication. Still, I hope in the future, there is a solution on part of VW or someone out there.

I forgot what they look like off the top of my head, but I think I remember that back when they had the wheels I pictured, the mid-level wheels in between the base Beetle and the turbo were pretty bad also.
